Born in 1980 in Paris, Maxime Rossi lives and works in Paris.
Seeing himself as a part of a “genealogy of situations: the ordinary, the trivial, the mysterious, and the poetic”, he works across a wide range of media. Humor, rather than logic influences everything from his starting points to their outcomes. This first interaction with the LA art scene will be based upon his foundation of humor and improbable entanglements, leaving the door open for possibilities. He will also be participating in an exhibition at the San Jose Museum of Art.
